AccessRC helps people in need to learn about available programs, apply for aid, and receive aid quickly and privately.

AccessRC is designed with data privacy and security at the forefront.
The platform adheres to IFRC’s Policy on the Protection of Personal Data.
Our General Principles and Data Subject Rights align with many national data protection laws, including having a legal basis for data collection, asking for consent, data minimization, data retention guidelines, and data storage and security policies.
AccessRC has also successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II attestation conducted by an independent auditor.The report covers the security, availability, and confidentiality trust service criteria and evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of our controls over an extended review period.
We also work with individual National Societies that have specific national data protection laws that require specific procedures for compliance.

For National Societies working with the IFRC, there is no cost to license the use of the tool.
No charge per user for accounts in your National Society.
No charge for any public accounts created in the mobile app. Scale to your service delivery needs.
No charge for running humanitarian programs such as information campaigns, assessment surveys, or pre-registration.
No charge for sending basic communications to user accounts such as push notifications or email.
Some programming requires more features. As a national society, you pay as you go for premium features based on your program requirements.
